Family Crisis Counseling & Coaching
You don't have to walk this season alone. Get the help you and your family need.
When all hope seems lost...There is help
As a therapist, I have seen hundreds of couples face the possible devastation of divorce. Moreover, I thank God that many receive instruction, turn away from their sin, and look to God for the restoration of their marriage. It's incredible to see the outcome when both individuals give their lives over to the Lord; healing takes place!
On the other hand, when one spouse hardens their heart towards God and chooses to leave the marriage and family, consequences are inevitable; everyone suffers. Despite when all hope seems lost; there is a God who does not change how He feels about you and your family. He loves you with an everlasting love and will never abandon you. While He didn't cause the problem, He will certainly see you through it. In the midst of your desolation, it's time for you to strengthen your relationship with the Lord for He is beckoning you to come to Him. "Come," Jesus says. "Come to me you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
There is hope, and healing for your family! Trust God, and do not be afraid of what lies ahead. “For God, the Father of all mercy and all healing counsel will come alongside you when you go through hard times.” 2 Corinthians 1:3
Separation & Divorce Support
encourage one another along the way...
There are two types of people in the world: encouragers and discouragers. One lifts you up, and the other puts you down. One makes you feel hopeful and the other one hopeless. Surrounding yourself with a group of people who encourage you as you walk through difficult seasons of life is not a luxury, but rather a necessity for living a happy and healthy life.
In 1 Thessalonians 5:1-15, the writer admonishes his readers to encourage one another. He says, “Always be kind to each other and to everyone else.” Jesus himself lived in a world where religious leaders were more intent on letting you know how bad you were. That’s why people flocked to hear Him because His message was encouraging.
If you are struggling as a result of a failed relationship or a divorce and feel discouraged, it's time for you to reach out to others in the community and get the help and support you need. Learn to let go of those self-destructive thoughts and behaviors that stem from guilt and shame, and allow God to intervene and help you experience freedom through forgiveness. YOU deserve to LIVE again!
“Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” Romans 12:12
